You can permanently delete your INLUME account and associated personal data. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens to your information.

How to delete your account

Open the INLUME app.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion.

Or, if you cannot access the app, email support@inlume.app with the subject Delete my account.

What data will be deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently delete:

Your profile
Your experiments
Your reflections
Your preferences
Your account information

What may be retained

We may retain limited information when required by law, for fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance. Any retained data is deleted once it is no longer required.
