Last updated: June 14, 2026
Welcome to INLUME. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the INLUME website, mobile application, content, features, recommendations, experiments, reflections, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is operated by Tzahi Moyal (INLUME) (“INLUME,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What INLUME Is
INLUME is a self-discovery and personal growth platform designed to help users explore interests, preferences, motivations, patterns, and possible life directions through small real-world experiments and reflective exercises.
The Service may provide experiment suggestions, prompts, reflections, insights, summaries, reminders, and other content intended to support personal exploration.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Not Medical, Psychological, Therapeutic, or Professional Advice
INLUME is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, counseling, coaching, healthcare, crisis-support, legal, financial, or professional advisory service.
The Service, including any content, recommendations, experiments, exercises, reflections, insights, summaries, or suggestions, is provided for educational, informational, and personal development purposes only.
The Service is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, counseling, therapy, coaching, or emergency support. You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions that may affect your health, mental health, safety, relationships, employment, finances, legal rights, or wellbeing.
4. Crisis and Emergency Situations
The Service is not intended for crisis situations or emergency use. If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, thoughts of self-harm, severe emotional distress, abuse, danger, or any mental health or medical emergency, contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
If you believe you may be in immediate danger, call your local emergency number now.
5. Experiments and Activities
Any experiment, challenge, activity, conversation, reflection, or exercise suggested by the Service is optional. You are solely responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for your personal circumstances.
You agree not to perform any activity that may create unreasonable physical, emotional, financial, legal, professional, social, or personal risk. You should use common sense and stop any activity that feels unsafe, harmful, inappropriate, or distressing.
INLUME is not responsible for your choices, actions, inactions, or outcomes arising from experiments or activities you choose to perform.
6. AI, Algorithms, and Automated Recommendations
The Service may use algorithms, automated systems, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or other technologies to generate recommendations, experiment suggestions, insights, summaries, or personalization.
Such outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, unsuitable, or not relevant to your individual situation. You should not rely on them as objective truth or as professional advice.
7. Reflection and Insight Accuracy
Any insights, scores, interpretations, patterns, recommendations, or conclusions generated by the Service are exploratory tools only. They should not be interpreted as objective assessments of your personality, identity, abilities, values, preferences, career suitability, relationships, mental health, life purpose, or future success.
8. No Guaranteed Outcomes
INLUME does not guarantee any specific result, including personal transformation, self-discovery, clarity, happiness, fulfillment, career change, improved wellbeing, improved relationships, achievement of goals, or identification of “authentic desires.”
Self-discovery and personal growth are subjective and vary from person to person.
9. Accounts and Security
You may need to create an account to use certain parts of the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential.
You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, except where prohibited by applicable law. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
10. User Content
You may submit onboarding answers, reflections, notes, feedback, experiment responses, or other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant INLUME a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and use your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, securing, and personalizing the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for your User Content and agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, misleading, or violates the rights of others.

19. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the Service, by email, or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
